Inspection Pricing

   A B.E.H.I.I. Home Inspection and Report starts at $250.  The majority of Home Inspection companies today no longer print Inspection Reports due to the increasing cost of paper and ink.  These companies are only providing electronic copies of Reports via email and or CD.

   A B.E.H.I.I. Home Inspection Report is produced on site in most cases, and the 'Report Details' section is printed on company letterhead as are most professional documents.  The 'Report Summary Only' and the 'Report Details' sections are also provided electronically as PDF files on a CD.  The 'Summary Only' section is not printed to reduce the potential for confusing the summary with the complete report.  The printed Report and CD are delivered to you in a 3-ring binder that in many ways serves as an Owner's Manual for you and your family as it includes additional information regarding the care and maintenance of your home for years to come.   

   When shopping for services, in any industry, it is always recommended to get multiple quotes and to do your 'Homework', you want to make sure you know what you're getting (and not getting) for the quoted price.  However, before you start, a recommendation from friends, family, and or co-workers is probably the most common way to get reliable services and should be your first step.
 

   Most of us are concerned with Price, Quality, and Time (How long do I have to wait or How soon can I get it) when searching for products and services.  Typically, you should be prepared to give up one out of the three.  In today's ever changing world, it's rare to get all three, especially from an internet search.  When searching for a Home Inspector don't procrastinate.  It's not uncommon for Inspectors to be book many days in advance, and many times when your dream home presents itself you will be faced with a reduced 'Inspection Period'.
