About Your Home Inspector
My name is John Branham. I have been performing Inspections since July, 2002. I completed my Home Inspection training at Arizona Suntech in June of 2002. Arizona Suntech is one of the best nationally recognized post secondary education schools for home inspection training in the country. Arizona Suntech has suspended its classes and is only offering educational seminars at this time.
My background prior to Home & Commercial Property Inspecting is in the Electrical Construction field. I have 25 plus years in the field. I was a licensed Electrical Contractor in the state of Arizona for 14 years. My area of interest was in the Commercial and Industrial electrical. That being said, I have performed many various Residential projects from ground up Custom Homes to Home Warranty service calls.
I have worked with framers, drywall hangers & tapers, plumbers, concrete workers, roofers, finish carpenters, painters, carpet and tile workers, and glass and window installers. I have had the opportunity during my years of involvement with the many trades’ people to see first hand their professional and not so professional installation practices.

It is my goal to provide you with as much information about your property as possible so you can make educated and informed decisions concerning your purchase. I have an open door policy with my clients; you can call me anytime for as long as you own your home and or your future homes with any questions or concerns that you may have.
Some of the organizations and associations that I align myself with include, but are not limited to, the following:
ProSpex is a Consulting, Resource, and Networking Service for Professional Home Inspectors. ProSpex is easily the most valuable resource that I have or any Home Inspector could have.
The American Society of Home Inspectors is the oldest and most respected Home Inspection association in the country. The state of Arizona uses ASHI’s tests and AZ ASHI’s Standards of Professional Practice to certify Home Inspectors. My member number is 243694.
The InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors is the largest inspection association in North America. My member number is 06061893.
The BBB of Central/Northern/Western Arizona is one of the leading sources for information, dispute resolution and referral in the state - acting as an intermediary to resolve disputes, thus driving communication on ethical business and consumer practices. In line with this, our overall mission is to promote the highest level of ethical conduct between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, business and consumer education, and service excellence. I have been a member since 2004.
